The shopping centre Queensgate, are investing millions in a refurbishment and TLC Signs are delighted to have won a substantial contract with them. As Phil Drinkwater, marketing manager at Queensgate said ‘Having worked with TLC Signs for the last four years we are delighted to continue the relationship into the next four years. The extremely high standard and precision of TLC’s workmanship meant they were the natural choice to be awarded the contract’. We would like to share with you some of the amazing signage that has, so far, been installed.

For the last 30 years, photographer Chris Porsz has taken over 5000 photo’s of our local city, Peterborough. He’s recently been bringing together some of the people he’d traced from his original photos and photographing them again in the same locations as they are now, 30 years on. Chris was very keen to exhibit his work, and approached local shopping centre, Queensgate and an ideal place to exhibit his work. An ‘X’ shape frame was built, then TLC applied the final touches, with some of our short-term monomeric vinyl to the frame. As you can see from the photo’s, the exhibition was a huge success, and another successful job, to add to our ever growing portfolio of work, as well as helping out of Local community!

 ’Insure4sure’, opened in January 2011,  and TLC gave the site ’a bit of a freshen up! Using their corporate logo, we applied a high quality vinyl designed specifically for  lightbox and backlit applications such as this one.  As you can see from the picture below, the finished product is fantastic. The client was extremely happy, and so were we! Another happy customer!

We often get correspondance from our happy customers. It is always nice to have pride in your work and TLC thrive on customer satisfaction. It is always nice to hear the positive (and negative) comments from our clients and we share some of these with you!.

One of our London based clients asked us to come up with ideas to bring a dull meeting room to life!  We sourced this great image of London, and with the client’s approval we applied specially printed wallpaper to the room. It’s certainly a very different approach, and wallpaper graphics has become one of the ‘trendy’ applications for sign companies that always strive to make signage exciting and dynamic. As you can see the joins are perfect, print quality exceptional and resolutions outstanding! A job well done!

Peterborough’s Bus station is situated in Queensgate shopping centre and TLC can always find space for new advertising. So the space was sold to Sky 3D. This was never going to be an easy task, access was difficult but not impossible and as you can see the impact is amazing! …. and obviously a very successful campaign for Sky. 

Local BMW dealership, Sycamores asked if we could supply and fit some vehicle graphics to their plain transit van. All they wanted was basic information, London Olympics sponsor, and images of a couple of their parts.  As you can see from the images, the results are eye-catching, to the point and simply fantastic.  Of course the customer was very pleased. Another happy customer!

Graphics for the new mini are extremely popular, especially fun ones like this cream mini. A customer dropped this off and asked what we could do in the way of a zebra print.  As you can see, the results are very effective, fun and reasonably priced. The customer was delighted! Perhaps you are a mini owner in need of a new look?

Sycamore BMW has been a big customer of TLC’s for several years, but this was the biggest sign so far at 13.5m long!!!!! Whilst undergoing extensive refurbishing they noticed their customer visits were rapidly declining and they asked TLC to come up with a simple, yet effective graphic! Our idea was to simply let customers know they were open as normal during the overhaul.  As they say ‘Simples!’
