Made to Order

Onsite manufacturing – fast, efficient

All our signs, banners and flags are made to order here at our onsite workshop in Peterborough using the most up to date technology and the best materials and inks.

You can phone us any time to find out where your product is in the manufacturing process, or even pay us a visit and watch your product being made!

Because we do everything ourselves, buying a sign, banner or flag from us is quick and easy.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Quote

Once you’ve chosen from our full range of banners, flags and signs, request your quoteContact us here or telephone our friendly sales team on 01778 349282.  Your quote is emailed to you the same day – usually within 4 hours.

Step 2: Order

Ideally, we need 3-5 days notice for banners, 3-5 days for signs and 1-2 weeks for flags (we bake each colour separately on our flags, which produces excellent results but takes a little longer).  However, if you need something at very short notice, do let us know.  We’re very good at helping out in a crisis! 

Step 3: Design and manufacture

When placing your order, you can choose to upload your own artwork or take advantage of our free in-house design service. Our graphic designers are experienced at creating both brand new design concepts or incorporating your existing branding into a design – our superior quality, low solvent inks ensure colours meet your exact requirements. Once your artwork is finished, we email you a free design proof for your approval.  And when we have the green light, the manufacturing process begins!

Step 4: Delivery and installation

As soon as your product is ready, it’s immediately dispatched to you using either Night Freight, a secure, overnight delivery service, or our own dedicated vehicle (for products over 3 metres long, commonly our flagpoles).  We email to let you know your product has been dispatched, so you know exactly when to expect it.  And if you need help with installation, just ask.  Our installation team are professionally qualified, efficient…and very nice people too!

After sales

Believe it or not, we’re still here for you, even after delivery and installation.  We provide ongoing telephone and email support to answer any questions you may have.  Our service really is second to none.  Try us and see!

Professional site surveys

If you’re unsure about the suitability of your proposed site, or want to know about any possible planning implications, book one of our site surveys.  Our professional surveyors provide you with all the help and advice you need and the cost is fully refundable against your final order.

Challenge TLC

We have a saying.  If it’s printable or fixable, we can print or fix it!

Our most recent challenge was to fix a banner on an old brickworks chimney, 48 metres from the ground.  So ‘Challenge TLC’!  However unusual your request, ask us and we’ll do everything we can to help.
